SOLVED Yealink T38 Endpoint Manager

    For some reason the T38 Endpoint manager WILL NOT set the country tone to United States. It shows in the template, but when it configures the phone, it is always on Australia.

    I can manually fix it, but when a end user changes their soft keys it re-configures it back to Australia. What am I missing?

    Surely I am not the only person using Yealink T38. :smile5: If there is an Endpoint Manager for it, then it must be a fairly used phone.

    Any ideas to my above question?

    This issue is fixed in the latest release of EPM.
