I've got a number of T26's and T28's but I just picked up a 'new' T20 from an eBay seller that had purchased 8 of them for their Real Estate office. Seems they didn't have sufficient bandwidth to deploy these according to their "IT Consultant", so they were selling them on eBay.
When I power it on it never gets past the "Initializing Please Wait" message, so I returned it and they sent me a different T20. Unfortunately the second unit has the same problem, so either I'm really unlucky, to these have been pre-configured with some custom firmware. On my other Yealink's I can reset them by holding down the Ok button for 10 seconds, but that has no effect here.
Anyone have any suggestions, or am I stuck with a useless T20 here?
Thanks,
Graham
