Has anyone created a simple pdf or guide I can give to my users that teaches them how to setup their voicemail and what each voicemail msg is for?

something like this? I don't know where the original is for editing and the "dialpad" is not original, I don't remember where that came from....
The line under *97 is for the individual extension number, I used to slip them into the box with handset prior to deployment

Kind of but I was hoping more along the lines of...​

Press 0 for more options​

Press 1 to set message for unavailable - This is the message that plays when you do not answer the phone and are not on the line or not do-not-disturb​

Press 2 to set message for busy - This sis the message that plays when you are on another call..​

etc...​
