SOLVED VM notification?

Hi All,

PIAF Purple running (mostly) Polycom IP450s. Each phone beeps every so often to remind the user of a waiting voicemail. Apparently this wasn't the case on their old system and they are proving to be highly resistant to change. So the question is how to make that little reminder tone go away? Is it something I change in the system or on each phone?

It's a phone thing. This looks like a good place to start... [FAQ] How can I disable the message waiting tone?
It may or may not apply to your phone, however. Different firmware may contain different features.

Yep. Found it. It's in the OSS endpoint manager. You go into the custom template for the phone and there's a setting for MWI Tone. I'm sure there's something on the phone as well, but I think doing in the template is safer in case PIAF wants to rewrite it upon rebooting the phone.
