SOLVED vitelity inbound issues

I've had a trunk working with Vitelity for about 3 months. Outbound works fine. Just get a busy signal on inbound calls. I filled out a trouble ticket with Vitelity and this is what I was sent.


I show your device is rejecting calls.

Do I have to adjust the firewall?
Please Advise.

if you do a CLI trace and NOTHING shows then its not getting through your firewall. If the call does show then you have to look at the log to see if there is another issue.

login to your box then type: asterisk -rrr

then call the Vitelity number.

Here is what I get when I do asterisk -rrr

Connected to Asterisk 11.12.0 currently running on asterisk (pid = 1610)

I got it working, I disabled callerid from schmooze and enabled CID superfecta. Thanks for the help....
