NO JOY Viatalk - all circuits are busy

Any help will be appreciated.

Hopefully it is something simple and I have just looked at it to long.

Inbound works for the viatalk trunk. I have been able to get other provider trunks to work both in and out.

All I get for viatalk outbound is "all circuits are busy."

Please post the SANITIZED output of "asterisk -vvvr" when placing a call here wrapped in [ code ] [ /code ] tags (w/o the spaces).

Do I need to post the full output? It is many lines.
