SOLVED Unsigned modules

ok, my OCD is telling me to get rid of unsigned module error messages. I know this has been discussed on many forums all over...BUT...I cannot find any resolution anywhere.

I just installed Incredible PBX 11.12 on CentOs 6.6

All is working great, but have these two remaining issues:

These are showing unsigned:
Module "AsteriDex" is unsigned and should be re-downloaded
Module "Reminders" is unsigned and should be re-downloaded
Module "ConfigEdit" is unsigned and should be re-downloaded
Module "phpMyAdmin" is unsigned and should be re-downloaded
Module "Sys Info" is unsigned and should be re-downloaded
Module "PHPAGI Config" is unsigned and should be re-downloaded
Module "Incredible PBX" is unsigned and should be re-downloaded
Module "AvantFAX" is unsigned and should be re-downloaded


and these are showing "tampered"

Module: "FreePBX Framework", File: "/var/www/html/admin/images/favicon.ico altered"
Module: "FreePBX Framework", File: "/var/www/html/admin/images/freepbx.png missing"
Module: "FreePBX Framework", File: "/var/www/html/admin/images/schmooze-logo.png missing"
Module: "FreePBX Framework", File: "/var/www/html/admin/images/tango.png missing"
Module: "Core", File: "/var/www/html/admin/modules/core/etc/res_odbc.conf altered"


Is this ok?

I have tried below but no change
amportal chown
amportal a ma refreshsignatures
amportal a reload

Download and run the following script. It's included in the latest builds.

cd /usr/local/sbin
wget http://incrediblepbx.com/gui-fix.tar.gz
tar zxvf gui-fix.tar.gz
rm -f gui-fix.tar.gz
gui-fix

So that appears to just disable signature checking in the script. I suppose there are a lot of political reasons surrounding signing of these modules.
Are these modules not able to be signed ? Just looking for some insight.
