Hello:
I have a inbound route for an (anveo direct) DID which is routed to an extension which is my Yealink phone.
The problem is that if I do not answer the call on the Yealink, the call gets mysteriously transferred to my cell phone - I don't know why this is happening.
I have voicemail enabled, to the best of my knowledge.
Does anyone know how & why this is happening?
