Hello everyone. I've been a PIAF user for 3 years and recently I've discovered that assisted calls aren't being recorded.
Fortunately I could identify the exact scenario of the failure. This is the scenario:
Extension A calls number B (local extension or external number). At this point, the call is recording normally.
Extension A makes an ASSISTED transfer to extension C, putting B on hold. User A asks C if he/she can take the call. Until this point, this second call is being recording well.
User C accepted the call, then Extension "A" hangs up the call. The number B is automatically transferred to C. This is the moment that the recording stops. At this point, there is no call recording.
