Here is the situation.
I am using pbxinaflash with asterisk 11 and freepbx 2.11
There is a queue for after hours support (IVR) with only one agent logged in at any given time.
3 Dynamic members (need to log in) in the queue with extensions
5000
5001
5002
Each extensions have follow-me setup to their vm with options. Urgent 1 -> cell phone
OR
Non-urgent -> wait->VM
If urgent, connects to -> cell phone
If non-urgent -> vm -> sms + email with wav attachment to cell phone.
No matter what I do in the queue setting, it does not send the caller to agent's VM. (It waits for the extension to answer)
The reason being, all three agents take turn to be on after hours support call at any given day.
Therefore the "on call" agent will log in with his extension.
The caller should be directly sent to the VM of the logged in agent with follow-me choices.
Next moring the agent logs out of the support queue. The next agent logs in with his credentials in the evening.
How do I achieve this?
