Ive got a fresh installation of Incredible PBX here @ Ubuntu.
Everything is working fine except a delay on outgoing calls.
After pressing "dial" we have to wait 6 seconds until the call is forwarded to the trunk and the phone is ringing.

Can someone confirm this problem?

Here is the log (dialing from 259 to number 159 at the trunk):
Code:
voip-server*CLI> core set verbose 10
Console verbose was OFF and is now 10.

[159@from-internal:6] Macro("SIP/259-8", "dialout-trunk,2,*2159,,off") in new stack

Just curious... what is the *2 prefix used for in this case?

Thats only to select the correct ISDN port in the gatway and is not causing the problem.
