TRY THIS SPA112 Double tone

I have a SPA112 that is connected to a digium switch. Calls connect just fine, but then once connected, any keypress is doubled. So if you are dialing ext 1234, the system will hear 11223344. Only happens after a call is connected. Any ideas?

inconsistent dtmf config throughout the call chain:

start with this setting, try others. Ideally you want rfc2833 from end to end.
