I don't think so you'll more requires this much distraction during your work. Because recently while i was trading with my numbers i found many vendors who were selling their SMS enabled did numbers with channels.

LOL - another spam. For what its worth, Yes - there are many providers that now offer SMS enabled DID's now. The 2 main ones that I know of and use are VoIP Innovations and Vitelity.

Our policy has been that everybody gets one free SPAM to advertise their stuff. If they want to use it here, that's perfectly fine.

That's not even spam, it's link building for SEO.
It's for wholesalers with big minimums and it's an exchange, not a provider.
I don't think wholesalers visit PIAF forums to research 2010 posts to shop for DID exchanges...
