Ring Groups don't work right...

Maybe I should post it on FREEPBX, instead of here?
However, i think some other people here are having the same issue.

I have an Inbound Route that goes to a RINGALL Ring Group. When calls come in, both phones ring fine. However, when you go to answer the call, randomly you get either: no audio at all, or audio in one direction only. Their seems to be a problem in the bridging.

The trunk side is VOIP and I'm using PAP2NA's on the extension side.

If I re-wire the route to go direcly to the extension, all is well and good.

I think I saw somewhere that if I put an announcement before the connection, it will work. However, this PBX is my home PBX, and people think it is an answering machine if I do that.

My WAF (Wife Appreciation Factor) is getting low!

Any suggestions? The idea for the ring groups was to be able to answer incoming calls from a bunch of different phones.

I saw where an IVR was the solution. I think Ward had a stealth auto attendant setup that might do the trick for you.

Ward, think that might help here?
