NO JOY retrieve_conf failed, config not applied

First post. Always found the forum useful. Thanks in advance for any help.

I tried to update to Free PBX 12 and was able to start the first element. Then I updated the framework. Then I did as it said and ran refreshsignatures and reloaded. Now I have numerous warnings. There is a message that displays on the module admin page which I don't understand.
