RECOMMENDATIONS Recursive DNS

Perhaps it might be wise to include a recursive DNS server with a stock PIAF install given the number of times we have it come up with the SIP offline when internet out issue. Mind you have heard this should go away in Asterisk 12 so maybe not needed.

PowerDNS or Bind would be fine I'm sure.

Yeah, I've wondered at times why PIAF doesn't do that by default, as I don't see the downside to it.
