While not an issue for most people; there's a couple PBX's I have on the world wide web I wouldn't mind monitoring for fraud more actively. One of the easiest ways to do this I can think of is to insert something into the dialing sequence which would alert if the number of calls in 1 minute exceeded a threshold (for example, on one of my systems more than 5 calls in a minute would be odd) . . .
