RECOMMENDATIONS PIAF push-to-talk service

I am wanting to create a ptt system using piaf. Basically what I am trying to do is kind of the same thing as Voxer (walkie-talkie) service. This system would be used in-house for company uses. With Voxer PTT it basically uses an intercom feature and stores the intercom recording as a voicemail. That way if the user misses the message, they can go back and listen to it again. I'm not to worried about sending files but I would like to be able to chat between users also.

I think it could be done by using a modified version of voicemail blasting.


Any recommendations on how I could do this?
