I've been here for about 14 hours so far today. Had to put the old stuff back on as I thought I might. Will have to come back up here again to deal with the final solution (whatever that is). I appreciate your thoughtful reply!
I'm quite willing to test for you. I can do ISDN BRI (S/T interface) here, and I have access to U interface locations as well. None of the issues that I've run into with the DAHDI tool have been card specific (we use several types). I created a lab that allows me to bomb a box with 96 TDM calls at a time. I was easily able to crash a box with SQLite still enabled. It's a question of call timing rather than quantity it appears. There seem to be differences in the 32 and 64 bit versions, with the 32 bit being more stable.
Right now I'm trying to get MG2 working on the Zaptel. It used to work by default, but finding any information on syntax is proving to be difficult. There are few example files online, but lots of old (and DAHDI) noise.
