ALERT Nothing Registering.

Using latest versions. (purple and incredible pi)
Tried going to incredible pi, worked for a few days,
then localphone broken, reset router, now all are broken.
We have no p h one service.
Why are none of my phone lines regustering?

Internet works can surf, etc.

Why are none of my lines registering?

I don't know the words to use, please help me
just aks me a questions at a time I will answer.

I saw there was a release, do i just need to update?
I can do that. Is that the problem. I backed up,
so can I just re-install?

and second, some how, I have to tell actiontec
that their routers are POOPY.
