QUESTION No Audio on 2 PIAF server

Hi,

I have been getting very strange problem on two of my digital ocean message. when I dial *43 i cant hear echo test message being played, while i can hear dial tone.

I am using ulaw as codec, server is not behind NAT it is hosted on digitalocean. I cant see any error as well. at server it says files is being played
- <SIP/8001-00000096> Playing 'vm-password.gsm' (language 'en')
cant see errors.

My audio settings are all good. checked with different softphone, xlite, zoiper and even checked on different PC as well
