Installed PIAF v1.4 and Orgasmatron successfully. From my Windows desktop PC I can open Firefox and get the (http://192.168.150.150/index.php?pg=2) menu after entering my password. I can get to Menu Configuration, but no other buttons/links work. Network connection times out. On router, I have open ports UDP 10,000-20,000; UDP 4569; UDP 5002-5082; SSH (TCPUDP 22); TCP 9080.
From browser if I type 192.168.150.150/admin or 192.168.150.150/maint it times out.

what am I missing? Any suggestions?

Either map port 80 from your firewall to your server or use this: 192.168.150.150:9080/admin

Thanks for the quick response Ward.

Tired username of "maint", "admin", and "root" with the password I set up and get the same response.

Tired username of "maint", "admin", and "root" with my password and get the below message:

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

A username and password are being requested by http://192.168.150.150:9080. The site says: "Restricted Admin Area"

should be maint - yourpassword to access FreePBX. If it doesn't work, log into server as root and use passwd-master to reset the password again. Sometimes there is a problem with .htaccess when using ports other than 80. If so, temporarily open port 80. Log in at ipaddress/admin with maint - password and save the password. Then you should be able to disable port 80 and login on port 9080 without prompting for credentials. If not, then try this. On your router, map port 9080 incoming to port 80 on the PIAF box. That usually works.

On PIAF box, from root typed "passwd" and changed and confirmed my password. Went to PC. Opened port 80. went to 192.168.150.150/admin. Asked for username and pw. entered maint and password. it would not accept. I am baffeled.

Use the password script in my note above. Changing the root password has no effect on the FreePBX password.

from root@pbx:~ $ I typed passwd-master after enter, I get...
-bash: passwd-master: command not found. (just passwd allows a change but passwd-master doesn't seem to work)

That fixed the passwd-master, but I still can't get into Admin. I CAN get to the PIAF menu including Admin part of that and I can get in with WinSCP, WebMin, but not AMP Admin, MeetMe Conference, etc and I cannot get into 192.168.150.150/admin. I get Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /admin on this server. Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at 192.168.150.150 Port 80. for all those.

if you can get in with WinSCP try right click on the admin folder >> Properties then grant asterisk permission from the common tab.
Any Good?

Looking at folder structure tree in WinSCP I see no admin folder. Could it be called something else?

Sounds like the default security system on your server has gotten changed. I'm out of suggestions other than reinstalling.

Found out what was happening. I had a Netgear router configured as a switch, behind my Verizon FiOS router. For some reason it reset and went back to default configurations of a router. Had to point the Vz router to the Netgear as WAN device, Now it works. Thanks Ward.
