TRY THIS Managing an IVR - What is the easiest way to do this?

Good Morning Everyone,

I have a question regarding IVR’s. What is the easiest way to manage an IVR? This IVR contains recordings for special events, which needs to be updated every two weeks, by an admin assistant. The system is running PIAF 2.0.6.4 w/ FreePBX 2.11.0.42. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm assuming there is an option in your IVR to play a prerecorded message.
If that message is a system recording, then you can link a feature code and an optional password for it.
Anyone with the feature code and the password can dial the feature code and change the recording.
