The manager of a small call center would like to access the recordings of other extensions without having to log into every extensions mailbox. Is there a way to have all recordings on the system saved to one extension's mailbox?

What if you had the extension send an email with the vm to the same email address? That is how I do it for our main #'s vm.

This is for continuous call recordings, not voice mail.

Can you give them access to the CDR report screen? The recordings are linked there.

That's a good idea.

For some reason the recordings won't play back from the CDR report screen. Quicktime loads partially (grey icon visible) but never plays. The same recording plays back fine from the mailbox' call monitor page.

Web server logs in /var/log/httpd might provide some insight.

This feature doesn't seem to be working on any of the PBXes we have deployed. In Chrome the tab becomes unresponsive. In FF, Quickbooks throws a dialog stating additional components are required and takes me to the Quicktime components download page. I'm not sure which component would be required when Quicktime plays the recording without issue on the individual user's call monitor page?

access_log shows:

Code:
