Is there a UK provider who allows 6+ concurrent inbound calls?

I've been testing Gradwell.com with IAX/Sip trunks for a while and all is great except they seem to struggle to supply the setup i want.. Which is:

I need 6+ inbound concurrent calls. On 1 number or across ddi range.
    I have 23 DDIs

I'm being told that I would need 1 trunk per DDI.
Maximum inbound calls per trunk is 2 concurrent.

So our main swithboard number would only be able to have max of 2 calls, when i need it to be 6+

Am i misunderstanding Gradwell or does anyone else have a solution?

    Thanks

do they have a function to forward the call to another number when the 1st DID has 2 calls to a 2nd DID, and then if 2 DID is full have it forward to 3rd DID.

its called a hunt group here in the states, starts at the 1st number and goes down the chain until it finds a avail line or a busy signal if all lines are busy.

    Myk

Thanks for the suggestion... Possible good solution, they have a 'PSTN fallback destination'

‘Please enter a landline/mobile number that you wish to forward calls to should your trunk endpoint become unavailable’

Unavailable... I assume that means cannot communicate with pbx it might also mean 'trunk over capacity.' I'll try.

I still fear that i can't point all my DDIs to the primary trunk as i was informed that each DDI had to point to its own trunk.

    Try voip.co.uk

    Voipfone

I use one Voipfone trunk for all incoming and outgoing calls, they have no restrictions on concurrent calls, you are limited only by how many calls your network bandwidth can support.

I have a UK landline number which I ported over to them from BT which is used for all of my incoming calls.

Gradwell came back with a mulitiline deal

Thanks for the replies, Gradwell came back with a multiline price deal. It does mean i now have 46 lines coming in, which i can restrict on the trunks setting.

I'm quite impressed with Gradwell 4,000 minute for £8 (no inc mobiles) is cheap. Voice quality is good.
