SOLVED IPKall Call Delay

I've been using three IP Kall trunks with my Incredible PBX running on a Raspberry Pi B+ for several years with great performance. Starting about three weeks ago, I noticed that ringing is delayed significantly on most incoming calls. What is even stranger is that, after the caller hangs up because of no answer, the call starts finally ringing in. On average I'd say the calls do not start ringing until about 20 to 30 seconds after the call is placed and ringback tone is received. On very few occasions, the call does start ringing after about 2 to 3 seconds, but it is rare.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

It turns out the problem was with the dynamic dns provider, dnsdynamic.org. I've since switched services and the problem is resolved.
