SOLVED IPCOMMS requires a 1 on outgoing calls

I am not able to make outgoing calls on my Ipcomms trunk. Their support said
"Out gateway needs to see a 1 in front of the 10 digit number dialed, if not it's going to decline the call."

When I dial 61 XXX XXXX both the 6 and the 1 are striped off.

What do I need to change to make it work?

jrglass We'll push it out as a patch for Incredible PBX for Asterisk-GUI after you test it, but you can do it now and the patch won't mess it up...

sed -i 's|/${EXTEN:1},,ipcomms|/1${EXTEN:1},,ipcomms|' /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf
sed -i 's|/${EXTEN:2},,ipcomms|/${EXTEN:1},,ipcomms|' /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf
asterisk-reload
