QUESTION Invalid trunk name entered

I am running a bit of an older PIAF - Incredible PBX deployment:

PIAF Installed Version = 2.0.6.4 under *XEN* on Rent PBX │
│ FreePBX Version = 2.11.0.0beta2.8 │
│ Running Asterisk Version = 11.3.0 │
│ Asterisk Source Version = 11.3.0 │
│ Dahdi Source Version = 2.6.2 │
│ Libpri Source Version = 1.4.12 │
│ IP Address = 123.456.789.012 on eth0 │
│ Operating System = CentOS release 6.4 (Final) │
│ Kernel Version = 2.6.32-358.2.1.el6.i686 - 32 Bit │
│ Incredible Version = 11.4

and I have need to create a new SIP trunk. Unfortunately, every time I click "submit changes" the screen says "Invalid trunk name entered"

I have tried UPPERCASE lowercase nospaces and I have provided the exact trunk details as provided by DIDforsale and listed here:http://incrediblepbx.com/IncredibleTrunks.gif

I know I should build a new PIAF - but I can't till the weekend because my small business relies on this one. Any ideas?

I guess your trunk name is blank.

The 'Trunk name' appears twice on the screen.

First at the top. This is really a textual description. It may even be duplicate, I think, with an existing trunk description.

It appears again just above 'PEER details'.

That is the real name, which must be unique.

When you get the error, the cursor is actually positioned in that field.

I searched the forum and even saw that answer. Then I looked at the trunk screen and couldn't see the second dialog for trunk name - even though I was looking!

At the moment, it was invisible to my brain, even though it was right on the screen all of the time!

Thanks - trunk name needs to be specified twice!
