CentCO 6.5 worked had to download wget first

Thanks,

Jeff

Have you tried using Travelin' Man to add any entries with FQDN yet? That was still broken for me last night on a fresh build.

Liking it a lot, but am running into one small issue. When I try to add entries for TM like ./add-fqdn Flowroute sip.flowroute.com (just as an example) it breaks something with iptables and it shows down in the status window upon restart. If I run iptables-restart everything returns with [OK], but it shows down again after I reboot.

This is on CentOS 6.5

You didn't add TM3 to your existing install, did you?? TM3 comes preinstalled on all Incredible PBX builds now so you wouldn't want to do it twice. I can't replicate the problem. Works fine for me.

Code:
The following iptables rules now are in effect for sip.flowroute.com: 216.115.69.144.
ACCEPT all -- 216.115.69.144 0.0.0.0/0

Nope I just did the standard install then ran this from CLI ./add-fqdn Flowroute sip.flowroute.com

It works and I get the same output as you show above, but when I reboot it shows iptables as down in the status page. It only does it if I use add-fqdn. If I add something with add-ip then iptables show as up after a reboot.

Version 12 works, but I am still not a fan and prefer 11. I just did another fresh build and still see the same thing.

If I run ./del-acct Flowroute.iptables and reboot it all works fine.

Just got done with a complete build out on Ubuntu via http://nerdvittles.com/?p=13197. Iptables are working fine with TM, but I have no CDRs.

FWIW, I am actually looking to move away from Ubuntu and back to CentOS 6.5 because of all the Ubuntu updates that keep breaking PIAF in some way. I am also happy to see that faxing is working natively on extensions in the CentOS versions again and not complaining about some module/rpm being missing that I can never seem to locate. Incredible fax is nice, but it's way more than what I need and it's nice to have it already built into the GUI.

I only used the info in that link. It automatically installs the Incredible GUI during the build.

No CDRs either. Just a completely blank page.

Hey Jeff, I think you're experiencing the same problem as me then (previous page)

To be sure, could you try this?
  1. Place a call (to a real number if you have a trunk setup, or to something like *43 if you don't)
  2. Under Reports -> Asterisk Log Files press search
  3. See if you have something at the very end along the lines of: "ERROR[2653][C-00000000] cdr_mysql.c: Cannot connect to database server localhost: (1045) Access denied for user 'asteriskuser'@'localhost' (using password: YES)"
If you do, I suppose thats both good and bad. The good news is that its reproducible, the bad news is that I don't think there is a way (yet) to solve it. Others haven't reported this yet, so I wonder what is similar about our setups? I've experienced the errors using a server hosted by CloudAtCost and also on a VMWare Workstation image - you?

I've been doing my builds on digital ocean and have unfortunately already destroyed the last version 11 one. I just got done building one with version 12 and it does the same thing.

I do get that same error [2015-05-24 17:39:32] ERROR[3042][C-00000001] cdr_mysql.c: Cannot connect to database server localhost: (1045) Access denied for user 'asteriskuser'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I also cannot connect to webmin on either version even though it shows as up in the status page. I have tried turning off iptables, still no luck.

Thanks for validating that Jeff! I think we can now say that the CDR is not working properly using the new IncrediblePBX GUI under the following
  • CloudAtCost Running CentOS 6.5 (Me)
  • CloudAtCost Running CentOS 7.0 (Me)
  • VMWare Workstation (Local) running CentOS 6.5 (Me)
  • DigitalOcean Running CentOS 6.5(?) (You)
  • DigitalOcean Running Ubuntu 14.4 and upgraded to IncrediblePBX (You)
In addition to CDR, its probably safe to say that Webmin & IpTables have trouble as well in each of the above environments. I personally I never tried webmin though I did report an error though I did report an error message regarding it on the previous page: webmin: unrecognized service

Thanks for helping to confirm this! Hopefully our combined testing is useful for wardmundy and others

Always happy to help the cause. Most of my installs were CentOS6.5, but I did try 7 a few times with the same result, but stopped when I saw Ward's post that they were going to get things ironed out with 6.5 first then move on to 7.
