I get a similar error on doing a fresh install from scratch - followed the instructions down to a T , and still, came back with the same error as Lee3111...

I also noticed very early in the install that wheres the instructions state

The installer will first upgrade your Ubuntu 14.04 build to the latest modules. Then it will reboot. Rerun the installer again to kick off the Incredible PBX 12 installation process.

In my case at least, there was no module update step followed by reboot, follwed by me running the script again.... everything happened in one go, once I executed ./IncrediblePBX12.sh, the system did everything in one session, there was no start stop, no reboot, just half an hour or so of code compiling with the mkdir error in the end.

RizSher: I'm afraid you have to start over. There's no way to recover if Ubuntu isn't upgraded first. I'm running a test build at the moment if you want to hold off for about 30 minutes. I'll report back when the install finishes... good or bad.

RizSher: New install with Ubuntu 14.04 passed with flying colors so you should be good to go now. Haven't tested Incredible Fax for Ubuntu yet.

The sourceforge.net website is temporarily in static offline mode.
