BUG Illegal instruction when installing Incredible PBX 11 on CentOS 6.5

I followed this guide to a "t" (on a vm, ec2 unit, and a physical server) and near the end they all start spewing out this:

Is there a bug in the code or something. PIAF-green works fine but I'd like to try the newer stuff.

Also asterisk fails to load once these errors happen.

But Incredible PBX 11 installs fine on ubuntu but I'm much more comfortable with rhel and centos.
