After fresh install and updates. Decided to update all modules that I use or the system uses.
After the modules updates my dashboard is reporting to me the following:
.htaccess files are disabled on this webserver. Please enable them
To protect the integrity of your server, you must allow overrides in your webserver's configuration file for the User Control Panel. For more information see: http://wiki.freepbx.org/display/F2/Webserver Overrides
I followed the instructrions for the link above:
CentOS/Fedora/Red Hat
.htaccess files are disabled on this webserver. Please enable them
Does anyone else have a suggestion that I may be able to try that would fix the issue?
Thanks,

- Open httpd.conf in your favorite text editor (normally in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf)
- Look for the context "<Directory "/var/www/html">"
- Within that context make sure "AllowOverride" is uncommented and set to "All"
- Restart Apache by running
