QUESTION How to setup IVR

Okay I got my IVR test working. Now I want to configure the Voicemails to be sent via gmail. I found some decent instructions on how to do this with PostFix here http://www.stevemccann.net

However my Raspberry Pi is using Sendmail. I freaking hate Sendmail. Anyway is there a good tutorial on configuring Sendmail. Ultimately I want voicemail emails to my users to come from [email protected]

First, I would have to assume (ugh!) that you already have your [email protected] account. If not, you need to set one up, or something similar sounding.

Yeah those instructions bombed for me at
root@incrediblepbx:/etc/mail# makemap -r hash genericstable.db < genericstable
-bash: makemap: command not found

Is this a package I need to install? I've used sendmail before and makemap was just part of sendmail
