TIPS How To Link Extensions From One Gateway To Another

If I have a Raspberry Pi with Incredible PBX at say three locations and I wanted to link them together and for example I have an extension 6105 at location 1 and I want to call extension 5109 at location 2, how would I go about that? Where should I start reading up on that?

I use IAX2 trunks between 4 sites. outbound routes for each site based on extensions at each site

Edit: I use 3 digit extensions since the 4 sites are under 10 extensions each.
200-225 site 1, 226-250 site2 etc
