SOLVED How to forward calls to external number if no phone

Hi guys,

I think it's a simple quesiton I just can't find where to do it.

I have a remote sales people that are not in the office and would not like to use desk phones/extensions and want everything to be forwarded to their cells.

So let's say Jim's extension is 301. When Brenda dials Jim on 301 from her extesion 250 call should go to Jim's cellphone number.

How do I do this?
