I hope this is an easy one (I thought it would be)... I modified the fail2ban /etc/fail2ban/jail.conf actions to update the sender and dest for email notifications, to make them accurate for monitoring activity. I also updated dest in /etc/fail2ban/action.d/mail.conf and sendmail.conf .
Everything is working great, but now I want to stop the log rotation email notifications from coming to me. I tried just commenting out the "actionstart" and "actionstop" option stanzas in those last two files, but the emails keep coming. I'm clearly missing something... does anyone have any suggestions for me?
