QUESTION How to automatically import FCC blacklist database?

So the FCC is publishing a CSV file of undesirables here https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/articles/205239443-Data-on-Unwanted-Calls. They say they are updating it every week. I manually edited and imported the current offering into my Incredible PBX but I'd like an automated way to have it done each time the list is updated. I can work with basic unix tools but I'm wondering if there is a CLI method into the blacklist feature in Incredible PBX. Is anyone else interested in this?

CID is easily spoofed and changed. I'm not saying you shouldn't do this, I'm just suggesting the effort may not be worth it for the rewards . . .

Yeah. I'm not a big fan of blacklists but this one is quick and easy.
