Well, I don't see a problem with that there install. That has to be about max 2 and half feet off the ground so assuming there is a payphone phone at 3-4 feet inside the booth as well, I best figure it's one of them kid friendly one's like they do with drinking fountains. Now little Timmy can call home when his cell phone dies. Beside it doesn't need a cover we want our kids to be outside and off the xboxes.

The work order was for a bike rack but they sent the wrong government worker who was only qualified to install phone booths.

This guy is being PC --phone booths were not designed for people in wheelchairs or powered scooters. So to get brownie points with the elderly, disabled and just plain lazy, he made a Phonebooth DUO

It was an at&t employee who got laid off from the home automation division and bumped an outside installer for the only available job opening. Like everyone else at at&t, they had no job knowledge or ability to do their assigned task. They thought an order to install a payphone in another country was perfectly normal.

That would mean they would need to know how to think. Wait, that would also mean they would know how to work. How is that possible when they are normally on a union break.
