TRY THIS GXP 1450 Dialing Intercom(*80XXX ) busy

When I dial *80XXX I get busy (see snippet below)
Paging and Intercom 2.11.0.9 Schmooze Com Inc Enabled
*80 enabled

I've had a similar issue with my GXP1405's (I think they are similar firmware versions)

Try rebooting the phone in question -- that fixes mine.

But yes, I'd like to find the REAL reason this happens.

That doesn't sound like a viable long-term solution, but at least I'm not alone! :biggrin:

Your Right -- it's not great for a long term solution --- read my last line.

I don't know if it's the firmware, the phone itself, or the PiaF/FreePBX/Asterisk box.

All I know is if I reboot the phone that gets the busy signal, it works again (happens on my GXP1405's(x2) and My 2140's(x2) -- not very often as paging works fine and it's few and far between.

Any GS Zen Gods in here , can you help us?

Post#13 the log has the exact same issue:
His:

Mine:
-- Called SIP/301
-- Connected line update to SIP/300-00000200 prevented.
-- SIP/301-00000202 is ringing
-- Nobody picked up in 5000 ms
From Nunya regarding the Polycom
change "info=Auto Answer" to "Ring Answer".
