Can anyone help me figure out where this install of RentPBX Gotcha-free is getting the (800) 555-1212 caller ID on this outbound Vitelity DID?

I think I've tried every combination of data in Users, Trunks, Options and Vitelity settings for caller ID, but can't seem to override this with the correct number.

Thanks!

All of the CallerID settings are in /etc/asterisk/credentials.conf. Just restart Asterisk after making changes.

Yep - that was it. Despite the entries in Users, Options, and Incredible Apps settings, /etc/asterisk/credentials.conf still had the following which overrode the other settings. Thanks very much for the help!

; CallerID numbers
CID_allroutes = 8005551212
CID_CallCentric = 8005551212
CID_ipcomms = 8005551212
CID_lesnet = 8005551212
CID_anveodirect = 8005551212

NB. Vitelity id is set on the fly... If you have a follow-me set up, it shows the calling ID, not the DID number (which took me by surprise - I was getting calls on my cell that I didn't think I should have, not realizing that it was the forward.)
