FOOD FOR THOUGHT Google Voice Caller ID issue

Not long after the recent Google Voice outage (http://pbxinaflash.com/community/index.php?threads/google-voice-outage-10-20-2014.14952/) I started noticing problems with my Caller ID. I'm getting a lot of calls from "0000000000." Is anyone else on GV seeing this?

The calls end up being legitimate calls, in fact I just answered one 5 minutes ago. I'm also pretty sure the problem isn't related to my PBX. A week or two ago I started getting those calls on my cell phone... turns out that was because the PBX had gone down earlier in the day.

GV is (as always) set to forward caller ID data, and usually it works just fine. I'm awfully confused

I use GV extensively and have not seen this. But, I am =not= using it inbound to my PBX. Mostly, I have it forwarding to a Callcentric DID, and from there to a PAP2T...
