Can anybody tell me what size of SIM card (standard, micro) the GOIP-1 hardware uses.

Standard- full size. Its not that great a device - DTMF transmission was a problem for me, and hence I switched to Chan_Dongle.

Thanks for the links. Seems like a better choice over the Goip-1.
Might be a bit of a learner curve to install with Asterisk 11 and piaf 3.0.6
Not really sure I understand all the settings in the chan_dongle.conf
Any preferences in the modems? Looking at the E1550 on ebay, they certainly are cheap enough to play at home with
