I had to run Ward's scripts on a recently set up BBB that originated from the Asterisk on BBB 4-24-14 image but restored to my earlier setup through FPBX b/u restore. I updated the image because I was having trouble getting the 12-2013 image to update reliably. Ironically, before I updated the image. I never had a problem with 949, 951 or any of the other NV #'s but for some reason restoring the existing info caused these elements to stop working. Apply the two commands and then doing an amportal restart made everything work like it had before.

Now if I could just get music on hold to work, I would be ecstatic.

Edit: Found the problem with moh...I had an errant line in /etc/asterisk/ musiconhold.conf which was preventing the *moh module to load. Once I corrected musiconhold.conf and did a asterisk -rx "moh reload" everything was groovy.
