NO JOY FreePBX Conference Bridge - No Admin Options

Hi I have setup a Conference bridge on FreePBX 2.11.0.30, Asterisk Version 11.3.0-rc1, Conferences module release2.11.0.6.

This works fine, but I am not able to get the “More Option Menu” for the admin user once on the bridge, by selected entering *8. The config guide illustrates the following:

The output of ‘confbridge show menu admin_menu’ indicates that ‘*8=no_op’ :

Anybody looking at this? I have a customer with the same question regarding "More Options." They need to use the More Options while in conference.
