NO JOY End User Front End

I am using Endpoint manager to configure a cisco 7940 and 7960 but no joy.I went through the normal steps as I have done in the past but the phones will not configure. I ran port knocker and my computer is on the same network as the phones and I can get to the web gui and ssh.

Incrediblepbx 11.13.1
Ubuntu 14
Full install running on Hypervisor Vmware
