Hoping for some help here in accomplishing something. I've searched the forums and online and found bits and pieces of help, mostly very old, so not sure where to start. I want to have email notifications delivered on incoming calls, but with a bit of twist. Example call flow:
Incoming > IVR > Extension > Call Answered/Missed > Email Notification of Call Details (Specific to Extension)
In a perfect world, I'd also like to be able to press a number at the end of a call to trigger an email notification. I want this in place for 2 reasons, first of all because it is a challenge accessing my CDRs when I'm mobile, so this would allow me to get the number that called me (I have CID changed to reflect the number they called to filter between business and personal calls). But more importantly, I'm planning on feeding that email into my CRM so that I can have a follow up task for a call (and that is where the post-call number trigger would be a huge bonus).
