Hi, we would like to have more control over our PIAF install by limiting certain calls to xxx minutes per month.
For example, we would like to implement something so that we can limit the "Long Distance" outbound route to 500 minutes per month and if calls reach this limit, a recording will be played saying they have reached their monthly allowed quota. Then, we as admins may override this limit if there is an absolute need for the users to continue dialing Long Distance.
I've searched the forum but did not come across a solution that is easy and low-cost. Does something like this exists? Please advise.
