RECOMMENDATIONS Durable phone recommendation

I'm setting up a concrete plant and I need some recommendations on a durable phone that will hold up inside the plant. It will be in an office but it's still not a clean environment. They are using T46g's in their main offices.

Well, The EnGenius Duraphone as is probably the best "phone" for this environment -

But I would expect the users would be happier with a Push To Talk radio system than a phone in a plant like this !

Anixter has several lines of durable/outdoor/emergency phones. I went to them for bid for an electric utility dispatch and maintenance center i did last year.
