TIPS down to the wire no inbound

sangoma vega 100 t1 with 30DID's
all phones call out
calls enter the Vega 100 but then get routed to an unanwer call destination
I am behind a firewall so i disabed iptables and fail2ban to no avail
I have one inbound route setup and allow all to one extension (for troubleshooting)
it seems like a channel matching (I am getting 4 digits from the telecom provider)

any help on what i should try or if you need more info just let me know.

Look at the context of the incoming trunk group. This has caused me trouble in the past. Depending on your system, "From-Trunk" and "From-PSTN" may not react the same.
