NO JOY Digium Addons fails to load

I installed the incrediblePBX11 bundle by following the instructions in the post http://nerdvittles.com/?p=6072 The relevant part is shown below:

cd /root
wget http://incrediblepbx.com/incrediblepbx11.gz
gunzip incrediblepbx11.gz
chmod +x incrediblepbx11
./incrediblepbx11

This is running on a centos x86_64 vm. The output of uname -a is:
Linux pbx.incito.co.uk 3.10.0-123.8.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Mon Sep 22 19:06:58 UTC 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

When I access the Digium Addons I get a message asking me to install an i686 module:
This Module Requires The Digium RPM to be installed (php-digium_register-3.0.5-1_centos6.i686.rpm)

The module it is asking for will not install as it complains about other dependencies.

I was able to download and install the x86_64 bit version.
php-digium_register-3.0.5-1_centos6.x86_64.rpm

After a reboot I still get the message above asking for the i686 version.
